An-Ti Wang Joins ECCOgen Team as VP of Operations
SAN FRANCISCO (May 15, 2009) – ECCOgen, a leading provider of reloadable prepaid cards for the K-12 schools, today announced that An-Ti Wang, the former VP of Operations at Extreme Networks, has joined the Company as Vice President of Operations.
"An-Ti brings great expertise in business management and operations to our management team. We are fortunate to have him join us," said Mike Ferguson, co-founder and managing partner of ECCOgen.
Mr. Wang was the former Director of Supply Chain and Interim VP of Operations at Extreme Networks. As the first person in Operations, he implemented a supply chain strategy that enabled the company to grow to over 800 employees and $500 million in annual revenue within five years. Prior to Extreme Networks, he was a Principal at the management-consulting firm, Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM) where he led new product introduction and supply chain management engagements at leading technology companies. Mr. Wang has also completed General Electric’s Manufacturing Management Program where he worked in five different disciplines at two GE businesses. Mr. Wang has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Villa Montessori School, a non-profit organization in Cupertino, CA.
