Furbush and Roszkowski Join ECCOgen Board
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., July 9, 2007 – ECCOgen, a leading provider of reloadable prepaid cards for the K-12 schools, today announced Douglas E. Furbush III, CEO of Affinity Marketing Group and James J. Roszkowski, a financial services industry veteran, joined its board of directors.

Mr. Furbush and Mr. Roszkowski bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ECCOgen's board. Mr. Furbush is a 20-year veteran in marketing products and services to associations and affinity groups. Before joining AMG, Mr. Furbush founded and served as president of Trans National Communications, Inc., which sells telecom services to the affinity group marketplace. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Trans National Group Services, Inc., a $250 million multinational affinity marketing company.
Mr. Roszkowski is a business leader and senior executive with a significant record of launching new business and entrepreneurial ventures within Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Roszkowski was a senior executive vice president and senior operating committee member of MBNA America for nearly 17 years. Jim and a colleague developed the first University Prepaid VISA card at Georgetown University "Hoyas VISA card". He has also served in key management positions with Chase Manhattan Bank and Visa USA.
