A) Parents simply go to www.myschoolaccount.com whenever they would like to load value or view purchase history. Students can make purchases at the cafeteria as well as other campus venues such as the campus bookstore via PIN, Magstripe, Barcode, or Biometric. As purchases are made the value of the account is depleted. Parents can set up automated reminder emails to notify when the account reaches a specified limit.

Q) Is there special equipment necessary?

A) State-of-the-Art touch screens as well as student verification (PIN Pad, Card Reader, Bar Code Scanner, or Biometric Reader) are provided with the system. The system is being used at over 500 schools throughout the US.

A) They can expect the benefits of a faster moving cafeteria line as well as increased sales.

Q) Where can the Campus Card be used besides the cafeteria or pre-ordered lunch?

A) You name it, bookstore, athletic events, dances, concession stands, donations, uniform sales, tuition, schools can use the campus card to replace cash and checks at as many venues as they wish.

Q) What is the VIP Discount Program?

A) In addition to the convenience and control offered to parents, the Campus Card includes the VIP discount program which offers parents discounts of up to 50% at national and local restaurants and merchants. The savings can add up to hundreds of dollars per year.
