Management Team

Michael B. Ferguson, President
Mr. Ferguson is a co-Founder and President of ECCOgen.  Mr. Ferguson is the Founder and CEO of ATM Plus.  Since its inception in 1997, ATM Plus has become an industry leader in independent ATM management and service to Shopping Center Owners in the United States. In 2003 ATM Plus announced a partnership/merger with TRM Corporation. TRM Corporation is a global consumer services company that has provided convenience banking (ATM) and photocopying solutions to retailers for more than 22 years.

Timothy T. Lipton, CFO/COO
Mr. Lipton is a co-Founder of ECCOgen.   Mr. Lipton has worked with private and public companies as an equity research analyst and investment banker.  Previously, Mr. Lipton was Vice President and Director of Consumer Technology with Morgan Keegan & Company, a subsidiary of Regions Financial (NYSE:RF). While at Morgan Keegan, Mr. Lipton covered Consumer Technology and Interactive Entertainment industries.   Mr. Lipton earned a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Allan Roeder, VP of Sales

Allan Roeder is Vice President of Sales for ECCOgen.  Allan is responsible for creating and executing strategic plans for revenue achievement, and will act as the chief customer advocate.  Allan joins Eccocard from Sybase where he was VP of Sales for the company’s NA Commercial accounts. Prior to Sybase Allan held various sales and operations executive positions with Oracle and Hewlett Packard.  In addition to having a great sales background Allan brings leadership, operations and business acumen to Eccocard.  Allan Roeder earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Alex Ostrowski, Director of Operations and Technology

Alex Ostrowski is the Director of Operations and Technology for ECCOgen. Alex is responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of our clients.  Previously, Alex was the Sales Engineering Director and Engineering Manager at Premier Retail Networks. 

Ryan Herrmann, Director of Business Development/Channel Sales

Mr. Herrmann has over 13 years of Business Development expertise with start-up organizations and divisions in the high-tech field. His expertise includes setup and launch initiatives for Software-as-a-Service, Merchant Services, Software and High-end Telecom Solutions. He has held Senior Management positions within these organizations for the past 10 years.  Mr. Herrmann holds a B.S. degree from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

Mary Pacheco, Senior Sales Manager/Grant Coordinator
Mary has over 20 years experience in School and Merchant acquisition, and for 9 years was the Director of Sales, bringing together schools, community groups and merchants nationwide to launch the highly successful Electronic Scrip Inc., a marketing loyalty company targeting K-12 schools.  Prior to eScrip, she was a key component to the start up of The National Scrip Center where, for 8 years, she managed the acquisition, training and implementation of their School/Merchant Loyalty Program resulting in a unique partnership between education and commerce. Before joining the National Scrip Center, Mary was instrumental in the development of the "Scrip" concept conceiving of a loyalty program never before seen as a tool to raise substantial school funds, particularly in the private school sector throughout California.

Charles Bellavia
Chuck Bellavia is the former CEO of Xecom, a leading supplier of miniature communications components (wireless and landline) and custom modules for Original Equipment Manufacturers. Currently, Chuck runs Bellavia Consulting firm which assists High Tech executives focused on wireless, Internet, software, semiconductor, medical devices, and hardware companies. Chuck is an active board member of 3 other companies. Chuck received his BSEE at Clarkson University and his MBA at University of Rochester's Simon Graduate School of Business.

Charles Berolzheimer

Charles Berolzheimer is President of California Cedar Products Company, the world leader in the supply  of wooden slats to pencil manufacturers, with over 25 years experience in the forest products, consumer products, pencil and school supply industries.  California Cedar also markets its growing range of California Republic brand pencils and school supplies through its Pencils.com website.  Charles is an owner and member of the board of directors of Duraflame, Inc., the market leader in fireplace logs.   He is a principle partner in B3 Ventures LLC and an active member of San Joaquin Angels. Charles is a graduate of University of California, San Diego and has an MS in Management from Stanford University.

Douglas E. Furbush III
Mr. Furbush is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Marketing Group. With over 20 years of direct affinity marketing experience, Mr. Furbush is a veteran in marketing products and services to associations and affinity groups. Before joining AMG, Mr. Furbush was founder and President of Trans National Communications, Inc. (TNC), which sells telecom services to the affinity group marketplace. Prior to founding TNC, Mr. Furbush was the Chief Financial Officer of Trans National Group Services, Inc. (TNGS), a $250 million multinational affinity marketing company. Mr. Furbush received a Bachelors of Science degree from Boston College.

Larry Rosenberger
Larry became Fair Isaac's first Research Fellow in October, 2007 and currently fulfills that role on a half-time basis, continuing a 34 year career with the company that began in 1974. From 1999 to 2007, he led Fair Isaac's Research Unit, focused on early stage innovation in predictive and decision analytics focused on helping consumer products and services clients make better decisions on their prospects and customers. From 1991 to 1999, he served as President and CEO. During that time, Fair Isaac experienced consecutive years of record growth, with annual revenues increasing from $31 million to over $276 million. Prior to that position, he led the Engineering, R&D Division focusing on the technical development, production and marketing of the company's most advanced products. Larry holds a B.S. in physics from MIT and an M.S. in physics and a M.S. and an M.Eng. in Operations Research from UC, Berkeley.

James J. Roszkowski
Mr. Roszkowski is a business leader and senior executive with a significant record of starting up and developing new business and entrepreneurial ventures within Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Roszkowski was a Senior Executive Vice President and Senior Operating Committee member of MBNA America for nearly seventeen years. He has also served in key management positions with Chase Manhattan Bank and Visa USA. In 2002 and 2003, Mr. Roszkowski served as Delaware's Governor Ruth Ann Minner's Special Advisor on Economic Development as a MBNA loaned executive. Mr. Roszkowski is a graduate of St. Johns University in New York and the Executive Negotiations Education Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Gus Spanos
Mr. Spanos was a partner with JH Partners; a private equity firm for which he helped raise their inaugural $200 million institutional fund. His investment experience began in 1989 as President of the investment firm Spanos & Yecies, Inc., which was affiliated with Gryphon Investors, Inc. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banker in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions with Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York.

Surya Turaga
Mr. Turaga is currently the Director of Engineering Operations for Brocade Communications Inc. He has also held the positions of Director of Offshore Research and Development, Director of Strategic Alliances, and Senior Account Manager (OEM) with Brocade. Previously he held senior roles with Sun Microsystems, HAL Computer Systems (a Fujitsu Company), Digital Equipment Corporation, and WIPRO Technology India Ltd.  His educational background includes degrees from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles), Southern Illinois University, and Osmania University (College of Engineering).
